By accessing the Platform, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and hereby consent to the collection, transfer, processing, storage, disclosure and other uses of your information as provided herein.  The Company receives your information through the Platform, email notifications, and other interactions with the Platform.  If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access the Platform. 1.                Collection of Information

 

1.1             You may provide certain information to India Small Market while registering on the Platform and/or using the Platform. This includes the information that India Small Market:

 

a)      collects from you when you access and use the Platform, such as your name, phone number, electronic mail address, password, location,  IP address, and other relevant details;

b)     collects from you when you place an order over the platform, such as shipping, billing, tax registration, and other information pertaining to the purchase transaction on the Platform;

c)      collects via third parties such as social media website or other interactive websites/ services you may choose to connect with or sign in with, or the Company’ service providers analytics providers; and

d)     Collects information you choose to upload, sync or import from the device on which the Platform is being used.

 

All information disclosed by you shall be deemed to be disclosed willingly and without any coercion. No liability pertaining to the authenticity, genuineness, misrepresentation, fraud, negligence, etc. of the information disclosed shall lie on India Small Market;

 

1.2             The Company may collect non-personal information relating to your activities while accessing the Platform or other information from and about the devices through which the Platform is used including SDK/API/JS code version, browser, internet service provider, timestamp, application identifier, application version, application distribution channel, independent device identifier, Android ad master identifier, network card (MAC) address, and international mobile device identification code (IMEI), the equipment model, the terminal manufacturer, the terminal device operating system version, the session start / stop time, location, language, the time zone and the network state (WiFi and so on).

 

1.3             The Company may keep track of how you interact with links across the Platform, including email notifications, third-party services, and third-party applications, by redirecting clicks or through other means. The Company does this to help improve the Platform, for example to be able to share aggregate click statistics such as how many times a particular link was clicked on.

 

1.4             Our servers automatically record information (“Log Data”) created by your use of the Platform. Log Data may include information such as your IP address, operating system, the referring web page, pages visited, location, your mobile carrier, device and application IDs, search terms. The Company receives Log Data when you interact with the Platform. The Company uses Log Data to provide different features on the Platform, to measure, customize, and improve the Platform, and to aid a better user experience.

 

1.5             In case you make any payment on the Platform, you understand and acknowledge that India Small Market only facilitates the third-party payment gateway for processing of payment and all financial information including bank account details is collected by such third-party payment gateway. We shall not be liable for any acts or omissions on the part of the payment gateway. You should view the terms of service and the privacy policy of such third-party payment gateway prior to disclosing any sensitive personal information to such third-party payment gateway.

(xiii)         to transfer data to the regulatory authorities or other appropriate authorities as required by law.

10.             Grievances

 

10.1          This page is published and shall be construed in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(11) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 (“IT Rules”) that requires publishing the name of the Grievance Officer and his/her contact details on the website, such that users or any victim who suffers as a result of a violation of Rule 3 (outlined in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use) by any other person, can notify their complaints to India Small Market.

 

10.2          Further, as per Rule 3(4) of the IT Rules, the Grievance Officer shall acknowledge or respond to Your communication of violation of Rule 3, by any other person, within 5 (five) days, and the complaints shall be redressed within 1 (one) month from the date of receipt of the complaint.
